Many thanks to Canada’s veterans and members of the armed forces at all times, of war and peace, for their devoted service. People today forget how much has been sacrificed for this great land. It is incumbent on us today to remember the brave souls who fought for our freedoms, and we can honour them by protecting those freedoms in the present. And our freedoms are perpetually threatened.
