To begin with, here is an article from Global News<\/em>, informing us that Dr. Ngola will no longer face criminal charges AND that “he seeks apology”:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good for him, he and his family must be relieved\u2026 but why\nthis impolite sense of entitlement? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is the one who should be apologizing to NB and not the\nother way around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Higgs, you did nothing wrong. You should not be apologizing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
