When we think we reached the top of absurdity in our collectively insane times, there is a story that comes out and it proves us wrong. Yes, there is room fore more absurdity (and racism), of course in the name of anti-racism… It is called progress nowadays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is no longer enough to be obsessed by race (or another aspect of someone\u2019s identity like gender or whatever else); no, not just enough to only see others through this lens ONLY. To hell their character (sorry Dr. Martin Luther King Jr\u2026 Each day your dream is being killed in front of our eyes\u2026). Now, we reached a point where we can fire people because of their skin colour in the UK, it seems. Thankfully, there is a push-back to insanity in this country and from out of Qu\u00e9bec (OK now out of France where he is working for a year): Yes, thank you Dr. Mathieu Bock-C\u00f4t\u00e9 for writing about this story for the Journal de Montr\u00e9al<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of note, a UK news article about this story was sent to Bambi last week by a \u201cdear\u201d person from out of Beirut. Of note, the latter was shocked, yet not surprised, to read yet another absurd story coming from today\u2019s Western countries. The world is truly upside down!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyhow, here is Bock-C\u00f4t\u00e9\u2019s article, followed by a quick English translation [OK– with a couple of comments by Bambi here and there]. It is entitled: \u201cWhere the whites are fired because they are white<\/em>\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn the\nUnited Kingdom, the fight against what the multiculturalist left calls\n“systemic racism” and for the promotion of “diversity” has\njust revealed its true face.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We saw this\na week ago when the English Touring Opera decided to part ways <\/em>[or end the\nprofessional relationship] with 14 musicians who have worked for it for\nyears, sometimes for 20 years, under the simple pretext that they were\nunfortunate enough to be white.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a letter sent\nto them, the orchestra is explicit: to make room for the\n“racialized”, whites must clear <\/em>[leave, in\nother terms].<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Racism<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are\ntherefore fired because of the colour of their skin <\/em>[wow\u2014 and,\nyes, we are in 2021]. In a world that has not lost its mind, we would talk\nabout explicitly racist dismissals.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But our\nworld has lost its mind. These layoffs are therefore justified in the name of\nanti-racism.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because it\nis in the name of anti-racism that we lock people in their skin colour today\nand decide whether or not they have the right to a job.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let’s not be\nsurprised<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because these layoffs on a racial basis go in the logic of multiculturalist ideology <\/em>[Bambi does not know which name to give to this ideology: sectarianism, wokeism, cultic mindset (even if secular), excessive multiculturalism, or\u2026 just our \u201ccollectively insane times\u201d].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us not\nforget, for several years now, in several public and even private\norganizations, it has been explained, in the name of positive discrimination,\nthat whites must be disadvantaged in hiring, because they are already too\npresent there.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because\npositive discrimination, which little pranksters present as a program of access\nto equality, is nothing other than that: a program of discrimination against\nwhites that we consider too present – it is still worse, of course, if it’s\nmore white men! <\/em>[Dr. Mathieu Bock-C\u00f4t\u00e9 is right, and Bambi is\nneither white nor a man].<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s say\nthat the English Touring Opera went the extra mile. We are no longer content\nwith not hiring someone because they are white. We fire them for that reason,\nto clear the place.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But there\nare some to explain that anti-white racism does not exist. How can we not call\nthem petty pranksters and when they work at university, two-dollar theorists\nand intellectual fraudsters.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We even\nfound people to welcome this decision, judging it difficult, but necessary.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On BFMTV, a\nFrench news channel, Candice Mahout, the head of the culture department,\nexplained that “yes, it is extremely violent, but we will have to go\nthrough this reverse of the pendulum for things to move forward as well”.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indignation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least,\nthe point is uninhibited: this institutional “violence” against whites\nis necessary for diversity to progress.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One can\nwonder if this lady, white of skin, incidentally, would react thus if one fired\nher because of the colour of her skin. Maybe she should set an example?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One wonders\nhow Western opinion would have reacted if we had fired musicians for being\nblack.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, we\nknow: it would have been absolutely revolted, with good reason. Because racism\nis always abject <\/em>[indeed, like violence whomever the target or\nvictim].<\/p>\n\n\n\n
